Hello Everyone!
Fella would like to invite you to be a part of a new contest, one that looks at a medium that is often overlooked on deviantART, Film.
Since before the 1900s film has been a part of people's lives. Today, feature films are created with huge budgets in mass of $200 Million+. But, often times short films, which do not get seen as much in the United States (but are more readily available in some other countries) are some of the most impressive films.
We would like to invite you to make a short film. All the details are below, so get on it!

For those of you not familiar with this series, each month we'll be delving into a group that is dedicated to their members and giving back to the dA Community through exposure, hosting regular events and just being an all around awesome place for deviants to settle in and feel welcome.
Briefly, can you please describe what your group is about?
Well, our main goal is to create (and maintain!) an active and welcoming community around literature, not only for the writers, but for those who read it too.  We understand that the best way this can happen is to encourage feedback and interaction amongst our members.  We're not just a group there to feature work, we love members of our community who contribute and comment regularly on the work of others and when we see this it makes us happy because that is exactly what we want happening. Affiliate With #FellaIt is Fella's mission to ensure that all deviants have a positive experience. In part, this is done by creating and further strengthening bridges across the community.
With this in mind #fella wishes to affiliate with groups that are community oriented as opposed to those which are medium, gallery or subject specific. For example, #Muro-For-Membership would be suitable but #FrightClub would not. Even if your group is of the "we accept all types of art from artists of all skill level" variety, if it doesn't have an additional community-based aspect, it isn't what we're looking for. You can see our existing Affiliates on our About Us page.
Incoming Affiliation requests are voted on by Fella's Posse, so decisions are made by a group of volunteers who love dA and our community!

I started scribbling poetry and telling stories when I was a kid and  never really stopped. Undiscovered Weekly: Intro

Hello everyone.

I just wanted to post a journal informing you about our newest article series here at #fella ! In this series, we will aim to show you undiscovered talent every Friday from the various galleries of deviantart. Lets take a minute and introduce the article writers and what gallery they will be looking after. :la:


Each week on Fridays, you will find a journal feature posted with 3-5 deviants who are deserving of more attention. The different galleries will be cycled through, as noted above. Once we hit week four, we will start again with week one. :)

If you know of anyone who is undiscovered, please note the specific article writer in which the deviant's gallery falls under. Please do not note the group.

This will be an ongoing process, so feel free to contact any of the article writers at any time with undiscovered talents!

That's a great Idea!

I'm curious though... why only those 4 galleries? It's a trend I've noticed in these things to do the photography, digital, traditional and literature galleries but the other ones get left by the way side. So I'm wondering why you chose only those 4 when the other galleries also have so much to offer and so many undiscovered talents.

Those four because we only had volunteers for those. We have other galleries listed, but no volunteers to go find undiscovered talent for them.

I see. It might be an idea to say that there are openings for others in that post too in some way - then at least it doesn't look like you are not *only* interested in these galleries but want the others too :D
