We have rules here. I and my admin team will not be further harassed by people who refuse to follow those rules or who think they should get special treatment for whatever reason.
We draw wishes at random. That is the final word on that.
If your wish is so difficult that it can't be granted easily or within 2 months of being randomly drawn, it will be listed as completed so you can make a new wish. We try VERY HARD to grant these wishes, but some just end up NOT BEING POSSIBLE. If you have a problem with this, stick to the types of wishes we outline in our FAQ. If not, don't complain to us when we do all we can but end up unable to grant it fully.

The complaints people have about deviantART could fill a book the length of the Bible, but November is a month for remembering what we have to be thankful for and so I challenge you, Solutions Seekers, to take a look around and find at least three things about deviantART that make you thankful for the community.

New Year Happy Chat Event!So sorry about the inconvenience,  I was AFK and couldn't make it.  I'm going to stop attempting to make this work. :facepalm:
We're on for a Happy Chat Event on the 1st of January for the New Year.    We'll play a few games of Eye Spy (The chat host will "shout out" a random word as a prompt. The members of the chat event will then have 3 minutes to search for and post with the :thumbcode: a single deviation that represents that prompt.), and then spend the rest of the time having a "Points Party."   You get points just for coming to the event and hanging out with the moderators! How easy is that? You come, you chat, you get :points: :la:   As long as you stay until the end, you are guaranteed to get points! :woohoo:

There were 720 eligible deviants in this giveaway, talk about insane!
Sadly, of the 720, only five were able to be picked as winners, I wish that I could have offered more prizes, but I'm not made of money, and this is a stretch on my budget.

She will submit those names to her team who will verify, starting with the first name drawn, that the accounts are still active and within the rules of our group. ONLY ONE wish will be granted (or none if all the users are in violation of our policies which shouldn't happen since we just did a massive clean-up in November). The two members whose wish was not granted simply get added back into the database for future drawings as though their names were never pulled.

EDIT: I'm really sorry everyone who participated, I unfortunately need to cancel this contest. An unexpected thing came up in my life, and because of it, money is low, so I can't fund prizes. Hey guys. So recently, I was trying to draw something as a comment muro drawing, and I couldn't do it for the life of me. :giggle: Because of that, I wanted to challenge myself and give you an opportunity to get featured and win cool prizes!

What do I have to do to enter?
 
Simple! Respond to this journal with a muro drawing. All participants will be featured when this is over.

What do I have to draw?
 
Anything you would like! A scene, an object, something absurd, it really doesn't matter. I'll respond to your drawing with a comment and a drawing of my own.

How do I win? What are the prizes?

I'll be giving out prizes (points, pms) based on a few different factors:

1 month pm for the most realistic drawing
1 month pm for the most creative drawing
1 month pm for the most absurd/funny drawing. (meaning, whatever I :lol: at the most)
300 points for whoever draws the most drawings. (must be an actual drawing, not just a little dot. Must be different from your previous drawings)
Features for everyone that participates!

**Note that premiums can be exchanged for the point equivalent.**

I will also be giving out a one month premium to a random lucky winner who favorites AND advertises this journal( with a poll or a journal).
