If you guys didn't know, deviantart had an amazing
Holiday Card Project this year. Deviants from around the world sent in their beautiful holiday cards, and they were distributed to hospitals. I was lucky enough to be one of the volunteers that distributed cards to spread the holiday cheer. I chose the Longmont United Hospital to hand out cards, as it holds a special place in my heart.
I received the cards in the mail earlier this week. The amount of artistic detail and creativity I saw with these cards was astonishing. You all have some real talent!
A few of the cards:
Bumblebee protected the cards from any intruders. She was giving everyone a stare down that came close to the cards.

Eventually, Bumble let me near the cards, so I went on my way to the hospital.
I arrived and went in to hand off the cards.

Unfortunately, I was unable to take photos on the inside, but the cards arrived safely. They were distributed with each patient's food cart.

It was a wonderful experience, and I really hope to take part in it again in the future. Sorry for the horrid photo quality, my dslr crapped out on me so I had to use a point and shoot camera.
Would you mind if I asked where you were from?
